I became interested in genealogy when I was a teenager and had to drive to libraries to do research in books. Now that there is an internet and wonderful people loading information on this site and others, it's great!

I am historian of the First Congregational Church of Greenwich in Old Greenwich, CT (formerly called Sound Beach, CT). I digitized our cemetery records into Excel, so now can easily check all its info at home. Our church also manages the smaller and older Tomac Burying Ground in Old Greenwich, for which ALL readable headstone photos are now on Find A Grave. (So no photo requests, please.)
