I've been sporadically researching my families' genealogies for the past 10-15 years, and only recently had time to get involved in depth. The frequent trips to rural cemeteries have grown my interests beyond the final resting places of my numerous relatives to local histories and the stories of others, not to mention that the rural churches that dot the countryside are an absolute magnet for my camera.
