Tan Tolga Demirci graduated from Dokuz Eylül University (Turkey), Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Cinema in 1996, with his thesis ‘Psychoanalysis of Horror Cinema'. Demirci has been doing researches on surrealism for more than fifteen years. He has 12 shorts and one feature film, "Gomeda" (2007). He also teaches ‘experimental cinema' in Kadir Has University where he completed his MA.
