I am so pleased to find the members on Find-a-Grave that have a passion for searching out the many gravesites and other information and then taking the time to post it for others to see. I have been fortunate to find a few family members to get me started. In an effort to give back and say thanks, I have just begun to claim requests as a Find-a-Grave volunteer. I find it rewarding... but as many seasoned members tell me... it is addictive.

While adding information for others, I am building my family tree and looking for any information on the Brenner and Viertel's who came to Brooklyn and Middle Island, New York from Germany. I am also looking for Rouse, Holbert, Draper, Meadows, and Jackson families in and around Jackson, Barrow, Hall, Old Gwinnett, and Ogelthorpe Counties in Georgia.

We are also building my husband's family tree which includes the Gandy, Henderson, Gainey and Huston families in Florida from Tampa to NW FL panhandle and into Alabama.

I look forward to helping others find their hidden family. Happy hunting...
