I will agree to any and all requests from living family of the deceased whose profiles I have created or managed. I will never, ever deprive a family of access to/control of what rightfully belongs to them. This includes transfer of ownership requests and removal/deletion of memorials. I will be as prompt as possible in responding to any and all requests, usually within 24 hours.
