I live on a farm in Saskatchewan, Canada about 30 miles from the city of North Battleford.
I have just started researching my mother's family and have found many interesting documents. The other very wonderful thing is discovering a half-sister of my grandmother and LIVING relatives that still live in the town she was born in in Scotland which I have been in contact with through email.
Also, found out that my grandfather had 4 brothers and I only knew of 2 sisters that my mother talked about. I have actually conversed also with a living relative of one of his brothers.
