I wasn't born in San Antonio, Texas but I did grow up there. My parents were born in San Antonio, I am six generation Texan and am proud of it. There is an old saying...you can take the girl out of Texas but you can't take Texas out of the girl and that's the truth. I come from Castro Colonist and Texas Pioneers. I think Find A Grave is the most helpful genealogy tool we currently have. I enjoy researching and keeping my family together...even after we depart.
I am not so much attempting to obtain big numbers here just gathering my family. If I step on toes let me know please it is not my intention to do that but know that it can happen. I am one of those senior senior people who loved and was loved by family born in the 1880's. I remember little stories about some of them and will share with you if that's OK?
