My name is Valerie Elizabeth Christianson. I was born to Raymond and Barbara Bosch on June 28, 1950. My father was a CRP in the US Army. He as discharged in 1950 when his enlistment was up. He was recalled to active duty to serve in the Korean conflict. I come from a family of military men. Both of my grandfathers served during WWI. All of my uncles served in WWII. All of my cousins served during the Vietnam War. My husband served in the US Army from 1968 until his 3 year enlistment was up in 1971. My father in-law served in the US Army during WWII. He as captured by the Germans in the Battle of the Bulge.He was WAS A pow IN A German prison camp until he was liberated at the end of the war. My father, father-n-law, uncle and their spouses are all burried in FT. Snelling National Cemetery in Mnneapolis, MN. It is my and my husband's wish that we sponsor our parents grave sites.
