I am also a photo volunteer, concentrating on cemeteries in Vermilion Parish near Kaplan, my home town.

It is the policy of Find-A-Grave that the person who takes a photo automatically owns the copyright to that photo. Only that person may copy that photo or alter it. Others must have the permission of the copyright holder.

Any volunteer photo I have taken may be used freely by the person who requested the photo, for personal use only. I can be acknowledged as the photographer, if desired, but it is not absolutely necessary. Pictures may not be used for commercial purposes.
