Howdy All.
I live in Oregon but my interests take me to the Great Basin desert areas. I'm basically an explorer of ghost towns, mining camps and historical places. Most of my travel destinations deal with those sites with a focus on mining whether it be hard rock or placer. I've been interested in this since a teenager and I am now retired. In more recent years I've been making it more of a point to document ghost town and mining camp locations more thoroughly with a goal of at least locating and identifying nearby cemetery locations as well.

Other interests: Photography, amateur radio, astronomy, Jeeping and keeping my website up to date.

Otherness: I'm a bit hobbled and don't get around as quick as I used to but I am happy to assist where I can when I head to the Great Basin areas.
