Ruthia Jackson is a native of Idabel, Oklahoma. She is the 8th daughter of Isaac Benjamin and Almeta Cole Jackson, a family of ten (8 sisters and 1 brother). Ruthia was blessed to be raised by both her mother and father who were married for over 53 years, until her father, I.B. passed away in April of 1991. Her mother, Almeta, passed away on July 27, 2006. At an early age, Ruthia accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior while attending the Macedonia Baptist Church, Idabel, Oklahoma.
