I have enjoyed searching the family history since the late 1970's when the only means of finding a gravestone was hours of digging in the genealogical libraries in the larger cities around. Back in the day, if you wanted a picture, it meant jumping in the car and driving miles in hopes of finding the cemetery you thought you needed.
