Bio

Like a lot of us, I saw family stories starting to fade, especially with most of the family coming from small town America where records are few and far between. I am trying to hunt down family members and get their stories documented for generations to come.

My wife and I fell in love with cemeteries and tracking down the stories of individuals as well as the community. Like walking through the Verdi Nevada cemetery and noting a number of children that died in late 1901, early 1902. Researching the Daily Nevada State Journal, establishing that the community suffered from scarlet fever.

I guess you could call us “cemeterians”.
