Childhood: I went to elementary school at Clayton Avenue. Fifth and sixth grades at Snyder Avenue, and Junior High at West Junior High.
I was a average student in High School. I played Football and Basketball, with two varsity letters in Football.
I attended schools at University of New Mexico, DeVry in Chicago, graduating fro Capitol Institute of Technology Washington DC with Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (BSET).

After College: I worked one year at Fairchild Hiller an Guarded Space Flight Center in Greenbelt MD, prior to entering the service Dec 1969.
I entered the Army Security Agency (ASA). Met my first wife Louise Smard at Fort Devens Mass. Duty stations Sinop Turkey, Vint Hill Farms VA.
My Daughter, Jeri Ann (Easterday) Vick was born in Dec 1971.
In Mar 1972, I separated from military service, and obtained a contractor job at Site R, near Fort Ritchie MD.
In 1975, I obtained a job at Fredrick Electronics, Fredrick MD developing assembly language software on PDP/11 computer. While at Fredrick Electronics, I lead teams that installed telecommunications systems in Mexico, Manila Philippians, Los Angeles CA, American Samoa, Kobar Saudi Arabia, and Botswana South Africa.
In 1978 my second daughter, Joleen (Easterday) Gradich, was born.
In 1983 I separated from my first wife.
In 1985, I entered Federal Service at a DoD employee as a GS-12 and retired in 2011 as a GS-14 with 30 years of service. While in Federal Service, my focus was computer security, developing many programs to enhance the security process. I lead teams, which evaluated Computer Security for deployed forces.
My second wife, Cynthia (Cindy) Bell, took residence with me in 1989, and we married 08 Aug 2008.
