I was born in Caerphilly miners hospital on the 24 of August 1969 but I was brought up in the former mining town of Bargoed which is in the Caerphilly county borough of the South Wales valleys. I left school in 1985 and I went into industry now I have over 30 years of experience behind me. In my spare time I like reading, poetry, Art, 60's, 70's and 80's music. Nostalgia.
