Bio

I was born in Carnegie,PA 1951 and attended several schools in the area. I moved to Arizona in 1983 and currently live there with my wife Sharon. We are both retired. I worked for many years as a manager at Kodak film laboratories in Pittsburgh. In the 1990's I was on the Board of Directors for the Polish Genealogical Society of the Northeast. I wrote several articles for the organization including "The Poles of Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania", now on the internet. I also collected numerous Polish parish jubilee books for the PGSNE and participated in a Polish cemetery inscription project with President Jonathan Shea. In the 1990's, we held Polish genealogy classes at Polish Falcon Headquarters in Green Tree and "Polishfest" at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall in Oakland. I was also active for many years with the Central Council of Polish Organizations in Pittsburgh. Most of my relatives are buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Carnegie and All Saints PNC Cemetery in Carnegie.
