I have been doing genealogy for about 20 years. Headstones and memorial plaques can provide further insight into that person's family and partner. I am happy to go out to nearby cemeteries to take photographs of any Victorian gravesites at Berwick, Harkaway, Emerald, Pakenham, Warragul, Drouin, Gulwarra Heights, Neerim. Just send through a photo request on that memorial and I will receive an email for it. If there is anything in particular about the photo request just add to the comment section when you send through your photo request.

While looking for your person at that particular cemetery, if I see the same surname or another person at the same gravesite that has a separate headstone or plaque I will take a photograph of those as well, just in case there is a link between your photo request and those other people with the same surname. I will load up my photos of those people to Find A Grave and I will try to link any relationships based on further research confirming that relationship. This can help you in your endeavours to expand your family tree with new people to explore. Cemeteries can provide a wealth of information, especially, if they have children, who their partner was at the time of death and even their parents and possibly their siblings.

I am happy for people to use my photos for their personal purposes with a reference that the photo was taken by me. If you require the photo to be on another site other than Find a Grave, please send a request through for permission for its use on that site.

Like other volunteers who take the time and effort to fulfill the many photo requests, if you could send through a thank you acknowledgement of your photo request being fulfilled, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you want help in investigating a certain person, I maybe able to help you. I do like a challenge in investigating mysteries. I have come across many in my own family tree, including finding relatives I didn't know that existed.

Enjoy investigating your family history.
