Bio

I am interested in geneology and have researched both sides of my family on ancestry.com. I have really appreciated all the hard work others have done before me which has made my job easier in developing my family tree and finding photos already scanned in. This goes especially for all these wonderful Find A Grave contributors who have worked tirelessly to record, take pictures, upload and transcribe the information for families they've never met, may never meet, it just takes my breath away. Over and over I have been touched to the point of tears, after researching all I can about a long lost ancestor who died so long ago and so far away, to then discover someone unknown to us has carefully constructed a Memorial page with information and photos of their final resting place where I can pay my respects as the next best thing to being there. This community is so supportive, caring, and collaborative!
