My name is Jenny and I live in Maryland. I am originally from Kansas, as is my whole family, and moved to Maryland to be with my future husband, who has turned out to be quite worth the trip ;)

We got married in Westminster, Maryland, a town to which neither my husband nor I had any ties, but we fell in love with a wedding venue there. Shortly after getting married, I started researching my family tree. I soon discovered that my maternal Grandmother's family came to Maryland from England in the 1600's and were early settlers of the town of Westminster! So I guess I had (very) long-standing ties to the town after all!
