Bio

My Aunt had always been the family historian and genealogist, but when she passed away in 2011, I found myself becoming curious about why she was so interested it. It wasn't long before I was totally immersed in our family history, and most of her documents had been passed down to me.

Along my search, I discovered Find A Grave, and the rest is history.

I spend a lot of time in the cemeteries near where I live, and am currently helping my home-town organize and document all of the interments in our largest cemetery. Since I spend so much time in the cemeteries anyway, I decided to become a photo volunteer to help others in their family history search as well. Though I have only been able to fill a few requests so far, it has been so incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to doing it for years to come.
