I am currently a volunteer working on updating the list of Veterans resting in East Union Cemetery-Manteca, CA. East Union is a historic site that honors local pioneer families and settlers of Manteca, Lathrop, French Camp and surrounding areas. This site is home to veterans of the Civil War, Black Hawk War, former Indian scouts for Custer as well other Wars from WW1 through today. It is my honor to update these veteran memorials with additional information I have found on historic documents from the East Union Cemetery records on hand.
