I've been working on my own family tree for over 10 years now. Having experienced the joy of finding grave photos of my relatives on Find A Grave, I became a volunteer in early 2023 to hopefully bring that same joy to others.

I am focusing on completing requests for grave photos in cemeteries in the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne.

When I find other people located in the graves (from either the headstone inscription or cemetery records where searchable) or find someone with the same surname on a neighbouring wall plaque, I will also add the photos to their memorials or create a memorial for them if one does not exist.
