I'm Elda's daughter, born Heather Colleen Duerksen in May, 1949. I was adopted two months later by Dr. Robert and Grace Watterson of McPherson KS, and renamed Alice Watterson.
I was reunited with my Duerksen family in 1977. I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
