I have been researching my family for about 20 years and my primary tree is on ancestry.com Primary names of interest are Smith, Adams (father was Smith --Mothers maiden name was Adams. (My luck to get such names to research!) Maternal names of interest include Williams, Foster, Dwire, Bost, Nussman, Helmstetler, Hendrix, Garwood, Minor, to name a few.
On paternal side names of interest are Smith, Hardison, Foscue, Harris, McLawhorn, to name a few. Currently have over 40,000 on my tree and always, always searching. Thank goodness I am now retired and can spend more time on my hobby (or as some would say--my obsession). Find a grave is extremely helpful in this search.
