Find a Grave ID

Bio

Hi, if you are a relative wanting to manage one of the memorial pages i have contributed, then just message me to let me know the Find A Grave Memorial ID number, the person's name and how you are related to them, so i am able to transfer the management of the page to yourself, thank you.

I know the hurt of losing a loved one and my contributions to this website are meant with the good intentions of respectfully acknowledging all those who have gone before us. I would hope someone will remember myself in times to come as i imagine do most of us.

My interest in my own family history led me here when i could not find most of my ancestors graves. I found that headstones can fade or be damaged and even whole burial grounds obliterated or moved just because they were in the way of something someone else deemed important. I found not everyone could afford a headstone, they might be buried on family ground, in mass pauper's grave or cremated or lost in some other way. So, i started contributing to this site with the aim of helping others find their own kith and kin.

Memories drift away, inscriptions fade away, perhaps in this new digital virtual realm human beings will exist forever for a time perhaps anyway.
