I do not have any children, grandchildren, or great grandchildren. I am the last survivor of the Chester L. Joiner Family Line of Red Bluff, Tehama, County, California. I was legally married three times. 1. Billy Joel Baremore (1944-1970). 2. Phillip David Eoff (1941-2004) and Ralph LeRoy Smith (-2010).The marriage to Ralph LeRoy Smith was for business purposes and protection.
