Bio

In every family there is a person who likes ancestry, family history and research. Often there is also someone who likes to poke around in cemeteries. That would be me on both counts. The search for relatives graves is what started it for me.

I'm a native Wisconsinite although I've traveled and traveled. US Army Veteran. My wife and I live on a lake in the northwoods. It's like no other place. Trees, birds, (Eagles) fish, bears, deer, you name it. Great folks in town and for neighbors. The way it should be!

I worked in engineering for 38 years and later was an ice rink manager for 6 years.

I have been involved in ancestry research for my extended family for some time now. I have been doing find-a-grave for several years and besides researching family members, I'm starting to branch out to local cemeteries. I like to connect families with each other when I get the chance. I've heard over and over that FAG is not a family tree, but one of my hobbies is connecting the dots between families. I cannot understand why people take the time to add an obituary and then fail to read it to add parents etc.

I do not have a large number of memorials but those that I have done have verified accurate information. Now not to offend anyone, but my intent is not to rack up thousands and thousands of memorial pages lacking information like what is out there currently. Quality is much better than quantity. I'm not out to win a race but to just provide reliable information!

If you find a discrepancy, please let me know.

Gods Peace!
