Born in Brookhaven, MS, but spent the majority of my growing up years in Prentiss, MS, except for a couple of years during WWII when Mother and I followed my Dad to Texas and California. I graduated from high school in Prentiss and went to USMA, West Point, NY, where I graduated in 1961. Spent 23 years in the US Army, during which time I served in multiple locations in the US, Vietnam, Germany, and Brazil. Currently live in Leavenworth, KS, with my wife Lorna. We have 2 adult sons and 1 grandson.
