I started research just as a dare to myself (My father seemed to have all the information "locked-up" . . what could I really add?) The next thing I knew I was all in. Findagrave, has made it interesting and the clues keep coming. . .

Some of my Family names: Snavely, Hanish, Grethen, Krska, McNally, Hickey, Vodraska, Youngman, Deets, and Gill. Some of my husband's: Thomas, Vonau, Schultz, Wirth, Lumpp, Dreyer, Vohl, Miller, Hassenritter.

Not only a Family historian: On the side, collecting the last word etched on stones. There's usually an interesting story there.
