I am a cemetery tourist. My interested in gravestones started when I was 9. My grandmother was doing research on our family history and we would travel the back roads of the Mohawk Valley in her 40's Willy jeep with a giant roll of newspaper paper and charcoal. Poking around old cemeteries and taking stone rubbings. I have been photographing cemeteries since the early 80's and love that photos can now be shared worldwide.
