I am the daughter of Frances (McPeak) and James Neice. On my moms side my grandparents are Grace and Peyton McPeak and on my Dads, my grandparents are Bertha (Snidow) and Albert Neice.

I married David Earl Dancy. We had no biological children. He passed away and years later I adopted 6 children whose last name was Hart. I eventually legally changed my last name to Hart to match theirs so we all shared the same name. That is how I went from Neice, to Dancy, to Hart.
