I am Shelly (Marcelle) Marek of Lewiston.

I am grateful to those who have helped provide info and pictures for my family and I am happy to help others when I can.

The very first picture request that I took turned out to be my 3rd
G-Grandmother and I had no Idea that she was related until after I had added the photo to Find A Grave. It just goes to show what a small world we live in.

I was born in Lewiston, Idaho and have lived in the North West all my life (mostly in the Lewiston area).
My mother was born in Portland, Or. but always considered Lewiston, Idaho her true home.
My Father was born in Orofino, Idaho and lives on his ranch near Rose Lake, Idaho.
I enjoy family research and try to connect family members memorials when I can.
When I am doing research on my DNA connections, I tend to get side tracked and start connecting families on : Find A Grave. I just hate to see a person not connected to their family members who have passed. It makes me feel like they are forgotten and I feel much better after connecting them.
I still make mistakes at times and if you see a mistake that I have made please let me know and I will be happy to fix it.
