I love to be able to help families find their ancestors and show them their tombstones but I am also sad that some people don't have any tomestone or makers so as for my hometown 8 Mile cemetery the caretakers were kind enough to give me the inventory of the cemetery and where everyone is located so what I do is I have been making markers out of cinder blocks carvings the names and dates enter the blocks and place them where the person is located I know it's not a lot but I do hope that it helps maybe future generations and finding their loved ones our ancestors their history Because to tell you the truth I feel the next few generations if not showed how important the past is their will not be anyone to take care of the cemeterys or our history. I research I have walked the cemeteries for hours I guess I'm a little OCD I never give up
