Documenting and photographing gravestones, researching their history & life stories on here for relatives and ancestors. Capturing the gravestone information and details before they become unreadable forever due to age, the weather and Mother Nature.

I research as much as I can, using various sources and records and try to be as accurate as I can be about them, but please make sure that YOU also do your own research, to verify the information that is recorded on here. But if you have any further information then please message me.

I also use information collated from Ash Heritage Group, who have done many, many years of research into local familes from Ash, near Canterbury, Kent, they used various records/registers including vestry minutes, wills & probates, petty sessions, rates, 1705 register, Canterbury Cathedral Archives, Court of Canterbury, Canterbury Consistory Court, settlement records, removal orders, Overseer Accounts, ALMS records, Churchwardens' accounts, Churchwardens' Cess, baptism, marriage and burial registers, marriage licences', B**** Register, Tithe maps, newspapers, family information etc, etc.

You are welcome to use MOST of the photographs on here for PERSONAL/PRIVATE USE ONLY (they are NOT for any COMMERCIAL USE or RESALE), APART FROM the ones that are credited to other people & organisations (you would need to contact them directly for permission) and I ask that you credit me (as I own and have the original copyright). Thank you.
