I grew up in Denver, CO in a suburb called Bear Valley. I went to Dennison Elementary school, Our Lady of Lourdes parochial school, Mary Crest High school and then graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School. I earned 2 college degrees from Colorado State University and then moved back to Denver to pursue my career.

For work, my first job was as a mouse entertainer at the Organ Grinder Pizza place. From there, I've had many positions. Recently, I've been a Registered Dietitian for UC Health, a Certified Diabetes Educator at Rose Diabetes Center, a kitchen assistant at Sur la Table, and a standardized patient for the CAPE at CU's medical school.

I love cooking, being out of doors, skiing, music and helping others. I couldn't be a doctor or nurse, so I chose positions that allow me to be around or participate in medical interactions with patients and help them improve their health.
