I understand how important it can be to track down loved ones and will take extra photos when I can get out to a cemetery and add extra memorials of those around my own relatives. Sometimes I use sites such as the Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust to track down the name of the people in a grave if there is no headstone. I believe these people deserve to be commemorated too. I use the marked graves next to them as a reference guide. If I have done this you will see that the date of death will be simply the month and year as only the date of burial is shown on the deceased search not the date of death. You are welcome to add any information you have that can update or add to a memorial. Feel free to use any of my photos for your own ancestry research, they are up to be shared. If I have created a grave for your loved one and you would like to manage it just send me a message via the 'suggest other corrections' button when editing a memorial and I will transfer it to you if they are not relatives of my own as well.
