I was born on January 24, 1971, in Little Rock, Arkansas, the love child of Frank Shirley Wilburn, Jr. and Mary Ann Stricklin. Frank was known by his family as "Buddy", probably because his father went by "Bud". As a newborn, I was immediately turned over to the State for placement. The Child & Youth Clinic in Hot Springs, AR placed me in the loving home of James Arthur and Sharon Lee Whittington on January 17, 1972, Hot Springs, Garland County, AR. I married Stephanie Ann Suddick on August 30, 1996, in Las Vegas, Nevada. We had three children, Quinn, Ellen & Karl Whittington. I have a half-brother William David Hollomon and three half-sisters Wendy Dawn Hollomon (Fox), Angela Kay Jackson (Wilburn), Christina Allen Story (Wilburn) and an adopted sister, Mindy Kay Whittington (Plaugher).
