Bio

My interest in family was cultivated by annual cross country trips to visit our family in Maine. Less frequent trips took us to Georgia, Virginia and Maryland for family visits. Keeping those family connections strong meant we travelled to visit relatives regularly back in the days before 70 mph interstate roads laced the country.
Some of our family roots extend to the early settlements of the early 1800's. My genealogy research has focused on family in Maine, North Carolina and Virginia.

From my father I developed the love of photography and began recording family memories before I realized how much it would mean in the coming years.

My gratitude to all who endeavor to preserve memories of the many lives lived. Through our tributes, we learn the importance of each life lived.

I'm happy to add information to memorials, but please include the source to save us both time verifying information.
