Founded by Thomas and Laurell Jones, the Charles and Polly Ann Hicks Preserve, LLC was formed for the sole purpose of fully developing, protecting and preserving the historic Charles and Polly Ann Hicks estate and provide perpetual care to the Jordan Stream church cemetery.
