Hi...My name is Julie Gaye Murphy - thanks to a second marriage in August 2010. I was born - Julie Gaye O'Shaughnessy, and I think I have inherited a little of the Irish temper together with lots of the Irish charm +sense of Australian humour!

For almost 30 years my name was Julie Gaye Van Meurs, due to a first marriage in September 1978 to a Dutch man, who I share four gorgeous young men - Marc, Daniel, Benjamin + Adam.

I know very little of about my Irish and UK family history, as both parents passed many years ago, so I am hoping to be able to change that with a little help from others and genealogy records! I would love to hear from anyone who thinks they may be related, or perhaps a family friends who knows any of my family history, or maybe a little dark secret or two.

So, no matter how distantly you may be related, or what hidden family secrets you know about, please share with me.

My last wish is to one day is to be able to visit my family heritage homeland of Ireland particularly and really get to feel my strong Irish roots deep in my soul.

I would love to hear from anyone with any info. Thanks Jules x
