Bio

I was born in Columbus, Ohio and frequented Amlin and Dublin, Ohio many times as a child. My father's family lived in Amlin, and my parents resided there for the first few years of their married life. It was a quaint little town, with many memories for me. I have one sibling, Rebecca Temple Lowry. I moved to Canton, Ohio after my marriage, and just recently relocated to Findlay, Ohio to be closer to my older daughter, since I am a widow. I have recently become very interested in researching more about the Temple Family history. Thanks to Tommy Temple for all of his notes, pictures and comments which have helped me in this endeavor. I am a retired nurse, my husband was a general surgeon in Canton. I now live in a retirement senior center, and on the first day of my arrival, encounted a woman who was also a Temple before her marriage. Her research has shown that currently there is no direct connection; her family appears to be from more Southern part of Ohio. Ironically, I have just discovered that one of my grandfather Harvey Temple's brothers, Frank Temple, and my great grandmothers sister who was a Wilcox, are both buried within 5 miles of where I now live. Unfortunately I have few pictures of the Temple family; one large one is of William and Joseph Temple, George B. Temple, Jane Hunter Temple, and Casey Temple, wife of George.
