Bio

I have been in the "search" for 60 years and started with information gathered by my aunt, Mary Deal Payne Haynes. She inspired me at a very young age. She started very young and interviewed many much older family and elders of a widespread area. She researched in numerous cemeteries, court houses, libraries, including LDS in Salt Lake City and Congressional in Washington, DC. I have a data base of over 630.000 people and still adding to it. I have been able to help several friends start their own family history (some writing books) and try to get as many young people as possible to start early in life and ask a lot of questions of the elders and record the information. As my aunt described it: "a lot of work and a labor of love".
