I was born in Canton, Ohio April 24, 1953. I grew up in Roan Mtn., TN on Morgan Branch. I went to Cloudland Elem/High School. Got a B.S. degree in speech therapy with a minor in special education; Master's degree in Speech/Lan. Pathology at ETSU in Johnson City, TN. Worked in Buchanan Co., VA Schools, Washington Co., VA Schools, Bristol, VA City Schools as a speech/lan. pathologist with a specialty in pre-school special needs children. I am married and we are both retired. My husband was a minister of music 40 some years.
