I was born and raised on the edge of downtown Minneapolis. My mother’s side includes Hockert’s from St Cloud area and Gertz who came from Iowa. My father’s side includes Prock and Jakab from Ohio and with Slavic/Hungarian roots. I’m slow and somewhat new at this. Been doing a little off and on over multiple years. Just seeing what I can find and confirm in this digital world.

I also scrapbook and would like to eventually do some heritage books, but first must have the info.
