I am a retired engineer and teach part-time at a local community college. I have four adult children and seven grandchildren and my interest in genealogy began during the snowy winter of 2012, shortly after I retired.
Until recently, I used Find A Grave as a data bank for genealogical research, and it is that, but that is not its purpose. Since I am unlikely to create memorials outside of family and friends, I volunteered to take photos. It is my way of repaying the people who do the real work of Find A Grave. Thank you all so much.
I will consider placing a higher priority on any personal requests for photos in my area (North of Boston), and I will respond quickly to any such requests.
I have and will continue to create memorials for non-family members with whom I have a connection. If you have encountered one of these for a family member and would like to suggest an edit, request to transfer management or, most importantly, request it be deleted, I will be happy to comply if it is warranted. Under all circumstances, I will reply directly to you.
