I was born in Wyoming but grew up on a farm in Lansford, North Dakota (across the yard from my Grandparents). It was my Grandmother who got me interested in Genealogy. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and now I am a member. We also share the same name (her middle name was Priscilla). The name has been passed on down the line. Our DAR patriot was Lt. James Drane. He along with his wife Priscilla Lamar Drane lived in MD where their house is a historical site. As I have gotten older I have become more interested in history and genealogy. I hope to help other's in search for their ancestors and support the American Spirit (whether you have roots in the US, are a new citizen, or hope to become a citizen).
