Find a Grave ID

Bio

Hello! I enjoy working on genealogy in my free time. This website is such a great resource. I've been trying to photograph as many local cemeteries as possible to do my part. I've enjoyed finding my own relatives scattered throughout the valley, and it has been interesting connecting other families using this website.

Thank you to all the users on here! I appreciate the many who have created memorials over the years. It's rewarding to add the missing grave photo. If you are planning to retire on findagrave, I will gladly take over any NEPA memorials. I plan to use this site for many years to come.

I will gladly transfer any non-family memorials. Please message me with the Grave ID.

I'm also trying to organize a few local NEPA Civil War regiments listed below. Please check my virtual cemeteries to view them. I also have some for NEPA WWI and Spanish-American War veterans.

***Please know that my grave photos contain GPS coordinates. If I'm adding another grave photo to a memorial that already has one, that is why. Most cemeteries I see with grave photos are lacking GPS coordinates. Please check the map section for a cemetery to see these markers. The GPS coordinates from these photos are building helpful maps. Also, clicking the "View Original" link will show a much higher resolution image.***

Current GPS/Photo Projects:

St. Rocco's Cemetery - Pittston, PA
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery - Silkworth, PA
Saint Mary's Church of the Maternity Cemetery - West Wyoming, PA
Saint John the Evangelist Cemetery - Pittston, PA
Mount Carmel Cemetery - Pittston, PA
Shawnee Cemetery - Plymouth, PA
Mount Greenwood - Trucksville, PA
Saint Stephen's - Lehman, PA
Maple Hill - Hanover, PA

Civil War Virtual Cemetery Project:

143rd Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment
7th Pennsylvania Cavalry Regiment/ "80th" Regiment

Thanks,
