As for photos, you may use any cemetery or gravestone photos that I have personally uploaded however you would like. Any personal photos, documents etc, please ask me first. I’m probably not inclined to give permission on personal photos.

About obituaries: I do not upload obituaries to memorials that I create or that I am now maintaining. But I typically don't delete an obituary from a memorial that already had one posted when I took it over, unless someone specifically asks me to remove it. Exception: if the obituary is old enough to not have any living people in it, I am ok with posting it.
