Requests for Memorial Transfers:
I will only transfer memorials to family members or friends of the deceased.

Public Records:
I upload PUBLIC records to memorials. I do it because it benefits people who are researching their family history. NOT everyone can afford to join family tree website and have the time to do so. This is a Volunteering website and I just choose to do more than just put a Grave photo.

Also keep in mind that Records and Documents are allowed in the photo section according to Find a Graves Photo Guidelines.

I strongly believe people forget that Memorials are for the LIVING, not the deceased. Yes, you want to be respectful to deceased. That's very important. The only time uploading a public record is disrespectful is when it would effect the Living in a negative way. For example, a death record of a person who took their own life. That can cause harm to a living person. Therefore, I do not upload death records of a person who took their own life. I do mention a death record number and where you can access it.

That being said, if you are a family member of the decease and strongly wish for me to remove any records, just message me and I will.
