Born and raised through age eighteen in Clearfield County, north central PA.
Youngest of the four sons, and brother to three daughters of Lee D. and Julia C. Quillman Farwell.

Graduate of Curwensville High School class of 1978.
Served two tours in the USMC.
Met my wife of forty years while stationed in SC.
Have resided in Spartanburg County SC since 1987.

Believer in Jesus Christ via the Apostolic Faith "....that ye should earnestly contend for the faith that was once delivered unto the saints".

KYCH York Rite Mason.
Member and Past Worthy Patron of the OES, member and Past Royal Patron of the Order of the Amaranth, member and Past Sovereign Master of the AMD, and a Noble of the Hejaz Temple AAONMS (Shriners). Consistent donor of platelets in support of the Shriners Hospitals For Crippled And Burned Children.

Also a member of the American Legion, Marine Corps League, Marine Corps Association, and the SCV.

Much interested in researching the geneology of the Farwell, Norris, Houck, and Quillman family lines of my parents, as well as the Parker, Erwin, Hunter, and Stroupe lines of my wife's parents' families.
